I have spent 20 days in this hotel in 2021. I was in a main building and for me, it was the best hotel I was in Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the comfort of the rooms is excellent. It was very clean. I and my husband spent a great time. During my last stay, the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I recommend the hotel.

Personnel is excellent, young dynamic highly professional and proactiv. Location. Design everywhere, very high level brand materials, better than 5 stars hotels. Silence. Amazing smell of new and perfumed everywhere. Breakfast top level everything is homemade and feels like home in the morning, Restaurant Manager checks personally and tastes every dish on the selfservice breakfast tables, I have noticed this important care detail when I have had very early breakfast. SPA. What I like most is the idea to come back in Vital Hotel.

Modern hotel, convenient location, the staff is really the best part of the entire hotel, everyone is exceptionally lovely and particularly at reception and with baggage. Very helpful, very polite, and very friendly! Great wifi, good rooms, clean bathrooms. The staff even welcomed me with a box of chocolates once! Very lovely touch.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and friendly. Nurses were really sweet and ready to help after surgery. Nice and scenic walking location to the mall and other cute local shops and parks. It was a great place to be after surgery. The restaurant staff were also friendly and prompt and respectful. Everyone seemed ready to help you in whatever way they can. Cleanliness is top tier. I felt very comfortable.

This is a fantastic hotel I will come back to probably every time I come to Istanbul. It’s new the manager told me. Didn’t know that. It’s perfect for me. I’m a picky person. Travelled a lot and stayed in everything from Four Season and the best hotels in the world to cheap hotels you don’t want to come back to. So I know when something is really good. The beds is amazing, so many pillows. Really comfortable. You can decide temperature yourself which is perfect for me who easily freeze. It’s really clean. The room service is perfect. So good food and perfect is you also like healthy salads. And then they have the best massage. It’s 10/10. I really recommend the Balinese massage 80 minutes. You will feel like a new person! Everybody is really friendly, wants to help. And it’s 2 water included in the price every day. This hotel could be much more expensive but it’s not and the quality you get for your money is extremely good. So don’t miss this hotel. It feels like home for me. I will be back!

The hotel is located in a tranquil neighborhood and offers a pleasant, clean environment. The breakfast is satisfactory, but what truly stood out was the spa. The sauna, jacuzzi, and stone beds were not only very enjoyable but also included in the room rate, making our stay even more delightful.

Breakfast, staff are friendly, cleanliness, comfortable bed and sheets. The interior design of the rooms with the cool lightings. Everything was superb except the things I'll mention down below.

Loved the spa almost all of it was free besides the massages so I would highly recommend relaxing here after a long day . The rooms were nicely decorated and had lots of LED lights and lighting options which I love seeing in fancy hotels. Overall, I'd love to come back to this luxury spa hotel

We were welcomed with a pleasant scent in the lobby and were greeted by Maral at the reception who was really helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. Luckily we were able to check-in early right when we arrived (at about 11 a.m) which was nice and it didn’t have any additional costs. There were multiple disinfectant sprays placed on the floors and on breakfast tables and next to each elevator which was nice. The breakfast situation was managed well due to Corona since there was a chef who would take your order and fix your plate for you so there wouldn’t be any direct contact between the guests and the buffet food. The air conditioning was absolutely great. Our room (the triple room) was spacious and comfortable and the shower was great! The staff were friendly. The management was great and was really caring. I ordered dinner once (an Anatolian Pizza) it was a simple pizza but it tasted great and the size was actually big.
