I loved everything about this hotel! But the staff has to be top on my list. Every member of staff that I ran into was extremely accommodating and friendly. It's a common theme for the taxi drivers to scam tourists in Istanbul, and the hotel made sure that it didn't happen to me. I was also overcharged for a product at the drugstore next to the hotel, and the owner of the hotel personally took me back to return it since I don't speak Turkish. I was visiting Istanbul for a surgery, and originally only planned to stay for one week, but ended up extending my stay another because the hotel and staff were so lovely. This place was extremely clean and high-end for the price you pay. I can't wait to go back because I will definitely be staying at the Vital Hotel.

The hotel is excellent, clean and quiet, with new furniture. At the reception, the employee Mr. Turkan is cooperative and sincere in his work with the guests. I thought his dealings with some guests deserved honor and appreciation. Likewise, the employee (Onur or Omar) is kind and helpful with the guests. Likewise, the employee (Jamila) in the breakfast department works hard and sincerely. They give a good image of the hotel.

I have spent 20 days in this hotel in 2021. I was in a main building and for me, it was the best hotel I was in Istanbul. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and the comfort of the rooms is excellent. It was very clean. I and my husband spent a great time. During my last stay, the staff of the hotel was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. I recommend the hotel.

Upon arrival, the room I was assigned didn't quite match the photos I had seen during booking, which made me a little unsure if I had received the correct room. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had been given a corner room, and it was quite spacious as advertised – exactly what I needed! I also appreciated that it was located further away from the elevator, resulting in less foot traffic and a quieter environment. The room had an interesting feature – an extra door, suggesting it could be part of a connecting/family room. Thankfully, the neighboring room was unoccupied during my stay, so noise wasn't an issue. However, I do have some concerns about the soundproofing between rooms and corridor. Breakfast, while not having an extensive selection, was perfectly satisfactory for me, and I had no complaints. In terms of location, some popular spots were within walking distance. However, it's worth noting that Istanbul has a steep terrain, so walking everywhere might be challenging for some. I would recommend considering taxis for getting around if you choose to stay at this hotel.

Friendly and professional personnel. A new building, clean rooms, fresh look. Private clinics at the nearest neighborhood (not aim of our journey). A bit far from major tourist attractions as well from restaurants, yet several tourist companies provide pick-up from the hotel. Taxi ordered from the reception of the hotel is with half price in comparison what you pay on way back. Restaurant Tutsu (Tütsü) by Duvee 300-meters from the hotel offered an excellent brisket and cozy atmosphere for our first dinner in Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at Vital Hotel Fulya for a week. The rooms were clean and cozy, providing a comfortable environment to relax in. The restaurant offered a great variety of food, and I especially loved their pasta dishes. The hotel is easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring the area. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

I needed to be in the medical district so the location was ideal for me but if you don’t like a good walk it’s not a tourist spot as such nor close to metro. The rooms a generously sized and the beds are very comfortable. It’s modern and very clean. It really worked for my needs

Great place to stay in this area of Istanbul. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast was ok. The best was the staff at the reception who were super helpful and friendly. They provided us with an umbrella as it was raining, gave us a room upgrade for free and allowed us to keep our car at the parking for hours even after we checked out because we had to manage some tasks in the area. Thanks so much for the extra miles you took for us!

The cleanliness of the room and hotel was brilliant we had a young lady cleaning our room she was so hard working also gem at restaurant was the most sweetest gentleman and so so hard working also reception manager so lovely close to plenty of amenities if you need anything thank you for looking after us I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in uk
